Windows 10: Windows keeps telling me to restart the computer after installing system update

I have a Lenovo IdeaPad 3i. Yesterday I reinstalled Windows 11 and today I ran Windows Update and it told me it had a Lenovo system optional update, so I installed it. When I restarted my computer, it showed me this notification:I know it is in Spanish but it says it needs to restart the computer to finish setting up the device, even though I just restarted it. I had the same problem with the same driver before on another Windows 11 Lenovo computer and it kept showing me that notification every time I restarted Windows it was getting annoying so I know the same thing will happen here. Neither

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

ok, here goes for me explaining everything I did.
quibit, I ran mr. fixit and then went to the second link. after going to the second link and done with it, is said I had 18 updates that were critical to install.
then jsfitz54, I went to intel and downloaded the update, and the ran mr. fixit again. before I went to restart the computer I checked for updates and the green shield was up saying it was all good.
So I restarted the computer, while restarting it did not attempt to install any updates. after restarting the computer I had the same no updates except for one about
Internet explorer 10. I ran that and it failed and now it is saying that I have 18 critical updates to install again. It sounds like to me that they have installed but Windows keeps thinking they aren't. Feel like I am in a whirlpool here. lol
so when I restarted the computer there were no critical updates needed, do I just go ahead and tell update manager not to display the updates again?

 

Windows Update keeps failing!

Hi,

I had once a similar issue like yours, i.e. not able to update Windows 7. What I did to solve the problems is:

- go to control panel, then to "Troubleshouting" > "System and Security" > "Fix problems with Windows update" > click "Advanced" > choose "Apply repairs automatically".

And Windows will start detecting the issues and will repair "Windows update components". The problems should be fixed now, close the program, restart the PC, and see if the mentioned steps have fixed the problems you mentioned.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
