Windows 10: Windows key no longer work when i play Game

Previously, when I played games, pressing the Windows key would bring up the Windows menu. However, after reinstalling Windows 10, the Windows key no longer works while I'm in-game. I'm sure this isn't a keyboard issue because the Windows key works fine when I'm outside the game. I've already tried disabling Game Mode in the Windows settings, but it still didn't work. Please help me, i really need this feature.

Unable to left click and some keys are not working during game play

• What is the make and model of the computer?
• Is the issue specific when playing games? Are you able to use the
  W,A,S,D keys while typing?
• Did you make any changes to the keyboard layout?
• This issue may arise due to driver conflicts or due to change in game settings.

I suggest you to check if the keyboard supports gaming mode key, if it does, I suggest you to check if the option is turned on.

Also check the game settings and game controllers and make sure that the controller keys are not changed.

BSOD When playing games

• Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
• Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update.

Java not working- can't play games

• Do you get any error messages while inserting CD?
• Is the issue specific with a particular CD?

1. Java plugin is not registered in the browser.
