Windows 10: Windows key not functional and apps being weird.

I've been experiencing a problem where 15-30 minutes after I boot up my PC, the System app opens up whenever I press my windows key. This comes with other issues, including not holding down keys and not selecting messages occasionally. This happens at random, and I have yet to find a cause. I have updated most drivers relating to my keyboard, and it still hasn't worked. Does anyone know a fix?

• Tap F2 ( Function Key).
• Then type the name and enter.

I suggest you to run the in-built Windows Store app troubleshooter and check. Follow the steps:

  Press Windows Key + X.

  Click on Control Panel.

  Select Troubleshooting.
