Windows 10: Windows Key Opening About Page

Whenever I try to open windows, the settings about page opens, I have tried many ways to fix it but I just cant. I have even tried deactivating the key on my keyboard software, but no, didn't work. I looked it up on Google and YouTube, and the results are either "windows key not working" or "settings not working" I have been searching for about an hour now and this is the last place im searching

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Opening web pages in Windows 10

Which web browser are you using?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps

• Open the Web page.
• Click on Gear icon at the top right corner.
• Click on File and select Save as
• You can save in different format.
• Open file Explorer select and right click on web page which is saved in File Explorer.
  
• Select open with and Select WordPad or notepad.
• There you will be able to Edit .

Edge home pages

Since the latest Edge update, it will not open on my home pages, only an MS page.
Settings are set to open on home pages, but it doesn't, although home page button still works.
I have deleted all the pages from start list, opened the pages, put pages back in, but it still wont open with them.
Any suggestions appreciated.
