Windows 10: Windows Key Product Error

So, my old computer died and I got a new one. When doing so, I switched over my hard drive and immediately I was hit with "Activate Windows, go to settings activate Windows". I have windows, and Ive always had windows, so I tried to look up how to fix this issue and cannot find an answer. I have error code 0xc004f213, troubleshooting doesnt do squat and going to the command prompt and typing "wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey," comes up with "invalid expression". Please, does someone know what to do? I believe this computer(hard drive) had Windows 10 preinstalled so I do not have a physical key, nor would I be able to obtain the physical copy if I somehow had one.

I suggest you to activate the copy of Windows via phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select your Region/Country.
• Select the Phone Activation option, and hold on for a real person.
