Windows 10: Windows key shortcuts stops working with Windows 11

After restarting, windows key shortcuts work, but at some point I'm not sure what's the trigger, they always stop working.For instance, windows key + spacebar does not change language, windows key + shift + S does not start the snipping tool, windows key + R does not open the Run dialog box, etc..This hurts productivity a lot, as I need to change language and use the snipping tool a lot for work, but the shortcuts don't work.I tried a lot of solutions I've seen online, but nothing worked as of yet.On a side note, my laptop always restart with Russian as the selected keyboard layout, even tho

Windows 10 shortcut key not working - Please help

Hey guys,

I'm trying to create a shortcut key for a program/script that turns off my monitor. I've confirmed that the small program is working by double clicking on it. The problem I'm having is that when I go to create a shortcut key for it. First I create a shortcut to the program, then I set a shortcut key, say "ctrl-shift-s". After applying the changes, clicking Ok, I try to use the shortcut by pressing the ctrl-shift-s key combination. When I do this, nothing happens. I've confirmed that shortcut keys works with other apps like the Command Prompt. Does anyone have any insight to this?

Windows Media Player - Skip Track Shortcut?

The shortcut key is Ctrl-F, so if you bind that to a key or mouse, still wmp will need to be the active window for it to work.
