Windows 10: Windows key + V clipboard history not working

It's been a long time since this happened at least 1 year. I have searched for solutions here on the forum and elsewhere, but without success. Also, I am not willing to format Windows just to try to solve this problem, as I do not consider it serious. The problem is that it does not display the clipboard history. Considerations: Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, and Win+V work perfectly, but...

Windows Clipboard (Windowns Key + V) Not Showing Up

Problem: When I press the Windows key + V, the Clipboard history menu does not show up.

Windows Info: Windows 10 Pro Version 21H2 Build 19044.1706

Details:

• The Clipboard menu worked fine a week ago.
  
• Just copying and pasting using Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V still works.
  

Things I've Tried Already:

1. Enabling "Clipboard History" in Clipboard settings

2. Turning on "Sync Across Devices" in Clipboard settings

3. Clearing clipboard data from Clipboard settings

4. Changing regedit values

5. Changing group policy values

6. Running sfc /scannow

7. Running DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

8. Restarting File Explorer from Task Manager

Any help would be appreciated.

 

Windows key + V doesn't work

I'm using Home. Thanks everyone but I had previously followed ALL the steps recommended in your posts including enabling Group Policy Editor and enabling "Allow Clipboard History" within it. All the settings for the clipboard are correct but Windows Key + V doesn't work. To dalchina, as I indicated in my post, I am using version 1809 with build 17763. See images.

2) Go over Windows using this checklist to make sure the install is set up correctly, optimized for best performance, and any needed repairs get done: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 16 to test a new Local Admin account to replace yours which may be corrupted. Then if necessary continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.

3) If nothing else works then do a Repair Install, by installing Media Creation Tool, open tool and choose to Upgrade Now. This reinstalls Windows while keeping files, programs and most settings in place, is the most stable method to advance to the latest version, and solves most problems.
