Windows 10: Windows Lagging after I made a standard account .

I am annoyed of repetitive amount of problems on the windows I tried to make a standard account on my pc setup everything on my admin account. since I had a vm running on my admin account so I just choose switch user instead of logout but when I tried to login on other account it was proven to be fatal.first I got a welcome screen which was 125% zoomed - setting up everything for you then its taking longer then usual then when I left it for sometime I see only black screen and nothing only mouse showing and nothing so I started continuously the trackpad after four finger swipe I saw the taskba

Random lag spikes

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

I don't have an administrator account and i have two accounts and they are both standard account.

As per your description, I understand that you have two standard accounts in your computer and you want to convert the account to Administrator account.

I suggest you to follow the below steps to change the standard account to administrator and check if it helps.

• Press ‘Windows+X’ and go to ‘Control panel’.
• Locate ‘User Accounts’ and click on it.
• Click on ‘Change your account type’ and check the option
  ‘Administrator’ then click on ‘Change account type’.
• Now your account will be changed as Administrator account.
