Windows 10: Windows lagging

Hi!Lately I’ve been having a lot of problems with my laptop which has windows 10 installed. I get a lot of blue screens of death mostly the ones that say Memory_management. And it happens few times everyday but sometimes i get that NTFS.sys failed. I need help because now ny AND radeon software doesnt seen to work after trying everything even reinstalling it if i reinstall it it works but as soon as some time passes it stops and says that my AMD radeon software isnt compatible with my currently installed graphics driver. Everything is up to date tho. Now i cant even update windows 10 cuz it fa

Random lag spikes

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
