Windows 10: windows laptop not connecting to monitors

Hi techs,A new Lenovo laptop with Win 11 OS was working fine with new Lenovo dock and Lenovo monitors but stopped working all of a sudden. Tried replacing video cables, dock, monitors, done updates, tried connecting using Lenovo dock manager and its showing connected and everything is working except monitors. Any solution and insights?Thanks in advance.

• What changes did you make in the BIOS? As making the changes in the BIOS is only recommended by Microsoft if done by the manufacturer.
  

• How are you connecting to the 2nd monitor?

Monitor won't connect to laptop

Here are some steps you can try to fix the issue:

1. Make sure your device is up to date. Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update , then select Check for updates1.
   
2. Connect the monitor to another computer to see whether the problem is with the external display2.
   
3. Connect another known working monitor to determine that the issue is not the graphics card2.
   
4. Confirm the signal cable connection between the computer and monitor. Locate the display controls and switch to the correct input port3.

There are several possible reasons why your LCD monitor suddenly stopped working. It could be that the graphic driver is outdated or could be the cable used is already damaged.

For us to isolate this problem, we would like to ask the following information:

• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue?
• Have you installed any updates?

In the meantime, please try the following suggestions and see if your laptop will detect the LCD monitor:

• Update the graphic card driver. Check out Update drivers in Windows 10 for the steps.
• Use another cable. Try using another VGA cable to connect the LCD monitor to the laptop.
• Connect the LCD monitor to another computer. To help us isolate the issue, try connecting the LCD monitor to a different computer.
