    I am Tired Of stupid windows making me suffer because they cant RESOLVE ONE STUPID glitch I GOT LOCKED OUT OF MY PC . I WAITED BLOODY 6 HOURS EVEN THO IT TELLS ME TO WAIT 2 HOURS FIX THE STUPID GLITCH I HAVE TO FORMAT MY BLOODY PC BECAUSE I CANT ACCESS All my STUFF HAS TO BE ERASED MY SCHOOLWORK EVERYTHING IS GONE Who ever made this lock out policy needs to fired IMMEDIATLY I CANT EVEN ACESSS MY COMPUTER THE IRRITATING THING IS THAT YOU GUYS KNOW ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND STILL HAVENT RESOLVED IT I Am done

    Right click properties already has unblocked unchecked.

    unblock the publisher

    Hi,

    Based on the error message that you are getting, you can unblock a software by following the steps below:

    • Open Internet Explorer, click the Tools button.
    • Click Internet Options.
    • Go to the Content tab, look under the Certificates section.
    • Click on Publishers button.
    • Select the Untrusted Publishers tab.
    • Select the publisher you wish to unblock and click the Remove button.
