    Hi, I was recently having trouble connecting my HP printer to my lap top and was told by the HP technical department that it would not work unless I purchased a Windows 11 licence. They did this for me at a charge of £119.00. Is this correct?

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
