Windows 10: windows license is missing

hello, Microsoft, I bought my PCHuawei in Jan 2024, when buying this PC, the vendor of HUAWEI activated the Windows license and said it is forever active.However, after less than 2 months, the PC is displaying I have to activate Windows license in waterproof. So I found the vendor,he said he had suggested me buy software to prevent the windows license from missing when installing the system.so my question are:1. Is there any software exist could prevent windows license being stolen? because I am thinking the vendor is cheating.2. Please suggest a way to get my windows license back.account

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
