Windows 10: Windows license moved onto new computer downgraded from Home to Pro

Hi,I recently got a new computer with Windows 11 not activated. I used my existing Windows 10 Pro license from my old computer and activated Windows 11 on my new computer. It is now activated but is shown as Windows 11 Home. Shouldn't it be Windows 11 Pro on my new computer? Can anyone explain how I can get Windows 11 Pro with my existing license. Thank you,Andrei

Moving a Windows 10 Pro license to a new computer

I have a Windows 10 Pro retail license (I bought it from the Microsoft Store website) and want to move it from an old computer to my new laptop but I'm getting an error about the license being used on another computer.

I moved my old SSD to the new Laptop and did a clean install so the old instalation has been 'deteted'. My old machne has a motherboard problem with the TPM.

How can I activate Windows 10 Pro on my new computer and will I have problems if I ever need to reinstall it on the new machine?

What is the procedure to downgrade a Windows 10 Pro license to Windows XP Professional?

IF it was possible to downgrade, the operating system you want to downgrade to has to still be supported by Microsoft.

XP, Vista, 7 and 8 are no longer supported by Microsoft.
