    Windows License set to expire error message despite activation confirmation


    I keep having a message flash up on screen to state Windows License will expire soon, to activate click on settings.


    However I have confirmed that my Windows 10 is activated, please advise as to how to stop this annoying message.

    Hi,

    for home computer this message means the activation and possibly installation were made illegally. This could do unfair seller, technician or any other person during computer repairing. Please, ask PC manufacturer whether it preinstalled Windows on this device.
    And if you don't have a license you need to buy one.

    Your Windows licence will expire soon. You need to activate Windows in Settings.

    To resolve the issue with the error message Your Windows license will expire soon. You need to activate Windows in Settings,
    we suggest checking Rakesh's post on this
    link    . If your Operating System is already Window 10, and you'll only updating your Operating System there's no fee for that. To ensure that your license has no issue, we suggest following the steps provided by Rakesh's on his post.
