Windows 10: WINDOWS LICENSE SUPPORT ONLY ONE LANGUAGE ISSUE ON WINDOWS 11 LATEST UPDATE

Hi, I want to ask if there is no other way to change the language display on my laptop it says "Windows licensed Support only one Language". I only restarted my PC English language, and after the restart it became Korean and I didn't know what happen. I did not choose the Korean language as my primary at all. I tried to change it but it says that my "WINDOWS LICENSE SUPPORT ONLY ONE LANGUAGE" May I ask if there is another way to change it since the problem came from the update? Take note that I don't want to spend any amount of money to change the language since I just restart my laptop. I'm

Windows 8.1 update changed the language, can't change back

Maybe, these will help... it seems it is a common enough problem.

Language packs are no longer available after you upgrade to Windows 8.1

Change your Windows display language
To change your Windows display language (that's the language you see most often in Windows and apps), first add a language, download and install the language pack, and then follow these steps.

  (If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, click Settings, and then click Change PC settings.)

• Tap or click Set as primary to move the language to the top of the list. If the language can become your Windows display language, you'll see Will be display language after next sign-in appear under the language.
• Sign out and then sign back in to finish.

Windows update issues

It works, but I still need to fix it so that way I dont have to plug computers directly to the modem to get windows update to work. It was also blocking me from installing directx.
