Windows 10: Windows licenses obtained via VisualStudio subscription - cancellation

Hi. I have currently a VisualStudio Pro subscription and had previously obtained several keys for Windows 10 and 11 versions. I am now considering to cancel the subscription and I wonder what will happen to the keys and Windows installations. Will everything continue working as is it now or will the installations become deactivated?

1. View this website ->Cancel your Microsoft subscription - Microsoft Support and click the cancel Microsoft 365 or cancel Xbox.
   
2. Go to Services & subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft account you used to purchase your subscription.
   
3. Find your subscription and select Manage.
   
4. On the next page, select Cancel (or it might say Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type).
   
5. Scroll through and follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation.

• Type your issues like Cancel my subscription > Get help
  
• Click the contact support below and select the category of Other Product and Cancel my subscription
  
• Now you will get a new windows of Chat with a support agent in your web browser

Cancel subscription

I need to cancel a monthly subscription but I can't find it in my subscriptions. I have the order # and I am being charged monthly, how can I cancel this? We have logged in to the accounts and cannot find the subscription listed to cancel it.

Canceling a subscription

Why can I not reach ANYONE on ANY phone number listed? I’m being charged for a subscription that I’ve tried for 2 + years to cancel. I can never reach anyone and have no log in information to login to cancel said subscription. This is absolutely the worse system ever!
