Hi sirI have a peculiar issue in the Windows Live mail 2012.Windows Live Mail auto closing while opening particular messages in Windows 10 and 11, It is Working in Windows 7, which means the same message is working in Windows 7 and not working in windows 10 and 11.I have checked and tried many rectifications by using the help of Microsoft community and other websites, still not found any solution.I analyzed the particular message and found the following,I checked the size of the message by properties and general tab it is showing 29 KB, but message source opening time it is showing the many pa

• Press Start button, type programs and Features.
• Search for Windows Live Mail 2012. select Uninstall/Change.
• Select Repair and follow the steps and check if it helps you.

Windows Live Mail restarts after closing

My wife and I have accounts on our desktop computer running Windows 10 Home. When my wife closes her Windows Live Mail client it reopens again within seconds. If she then closes it again it stays closed. When I close Windows Live Mail I do not have this problem.

I have tried repairing all Windows Essentials programs but this hasn't helped. I'd be grateful for any suggestions on how to put this right.
