Windows 10: Windows Live Mail Error 0x800C013E after update

Windows Live Mail can't download e-mails since the 9h of August 2020 automatic update.

I tried resetting the e-mail account, called my host provider (they don't know what it can be, my e-mail account is ok, I can view my e-mails on-line) then I tried to repair Windows essential, checked security settings (maybe not everywhere) with no effect.
Windows Live Mail always worked perfectly until this update.

W10 version 2004, build, 19041.388
Windows Live Mail Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3528.0331)
Kaspersky Internet Security

Please help.

After latest windows update, can't access Live Mail. ISP says all my settings are correct.

Get error # 0x800C013E.

 

Live Mail error after Win 10 2004 install

Immediately after updating to Windows 10 2004, Live Mail stopped receiving messages with error:

"Unable to send or receive messages for the Care4free (ed.warne) account. An unknown error has occurred.

Server: 'pop.care4free.net'

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800C013E

Protocol: POP3

Port: 110

Secure(SSL): No"

How do I fix this?
