Windows 10: Windows Live mail quit sending on my motorola android z3

My windows live mail wont send on my android. Sent messages go straight to outbox to die. Removed account, added account, various settings, including IMAP. Server tampabay.rr.com

Windows Live Mail 2012 refuses to send emails, claims they're spam

My wife uses Windows Live Mail 2012 and says it refuses to send emails, claiming they're spam. This is even replying to someone who is in her contacts list. I have run several different virus checks and nothing comes up. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. TIA

Verizon Motorola Q 9M - Windows Live Email Push

I have a Motorola Q 9m purchased through Verizon and apparently they've removed the Windows Live program from my Programs folder. The issue is Verizon's wireless sync software does not work with Hotmail or in my case, Windows Live mail so I can't configure
my phone to push Live mail. I would prefer to use Windows Live but if I can't push, will be forced to set up a Gmail account or something compatible with Verizon's wireless sync software.
I am aware that I can access Windows Live mail with the phone via broadband internet but this defeats one of the main reasons I purchased the phone. I'm looking for a suggested fix such as a link to the original Windows Live program or Windows Mobile
6.0 Outlook. Below is the link broadly shared over the internet explaining the new Mobile 6.0 sync feature and step by step set-up instructions.....currently not an option with a Verizon Motorola Q 9m. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
