Windows 10: Windows LiveKernelEvent 141, Game Crashes and BSOD

Hello, I am having a recent problem with my PC only when playing/having games open where my PC will randomly either BSOD or the game will crash to desktop. Most of the hardware is just over 2 years old, with the most recent change being a 3060 Ti I got just over 1 year ago. In a lot of the games that crashes, I often would see multiple crashes within a short amount of time, usually at least 2 or 3 in an hour. NOTE- I do not run any overclocks at all. UEFI Settings are all DEFAULTWhen viewing the reliability history, I see a Hardware Error with the event name of LiveKernelEvent Code

LiveKernelEvent 141

I have been getting LiveKernelEvent 141 in reliability monitor and it causes games to crash. I checked everything with my graphics drivers and disabled other programs. What can I do do fix it?

I've just built my first PC and every game I've played at a resolution that's lower than 4K has crashed (I know, weird).

Things I've tried to do to fix it
- Reinstalled windows (twice)

-reinstalled graphics driver

-used DDU to deleted graphics driver

-set fans at full speed

-reapplied the aio

-reseated every pc parts

-checked every hardware (no problems there)

-brought it to a professional to run diagnostics (guy literally told me he's been doing this job for 30 years and has never encountered this problem)

It's been a week now and I still haven't resolved this issue. If anyone knows the solution or at least a little bit of an answer to what on earth this error is, it would be , much appreciated.
