    Windows loading circle constantly appearing and disapearing?


    Hi, I've noticed within the past day that the "loading circle" is constantly appearing next to my mouse every couple of seconds for a split second and i can't figure out why. I can't find any background tasks which seem out of place and nothing is downloading. I'm wondering if anyone knows a fix to this? thx

    Windows loading circles not appearing

    Hello,

    I understand that the loading circles is not appearing while the Windows loads but the Windows loads normally.

    To assist you better, I suggest you to answer the below questions.

    • Are you facing any issues in Windows after it loads?
    • Did this happen after any recent updates installed?
    • Did you make any changes prior to the issue?

    Windows loading circles not appearing

    When i boot up my computer there is no loading circle, it still goes into windows but the loading white circle does not appear. I have windows installed on a ssd.

    Windows loading circle constantly appearing and disapearing?

    Mouse constantly flashing with the little blue circle


    So I just recently updated to Windows 10 on Sunday and now the little blue busy circle is constantly flasshing and it s driving me insane!!! Any suggestions on what this could be and how to fix it. I have already tried restarting, checked for updates on drivers and nothing is working any help would really be appreciated.
