I don't think it is Chrome as it does not do it at all on my Win7 device.

I know Windows 10 handles information in memory different than Win 7 and Chrome opens every tab and extension as it own space. So is Win 10 doing something either with Chrome or other apps in memory.

Throwing it out there, could be a mile off base.

I have had/noticed this issue with Chrome on my PC for last two months or so where the Windows blue loading wheel is very active within Chrome and my gut instinct tells me that it is not normal. The Windows loading wheel will spin briefly every time a new tab/homepage is opened and every time a web page is opened, it's appears like the Windows loading wheel mirrors the loading activity of Chrome. This behavior is not present in alternative browsers.

Just yesterday I have cleanly reinstalled Windows and the issue still persists with the loading wheel in a new installation of Chrome. I have disabled all of my extensions and also renamed my profile folder to create a new one in case the profile was damaged or corrupted but still the issue persists. Is anyone else experiencing this or have any idea why the Windows loading wheel is responding to Chrome activity within Chrome? I don't believe this normal...

OVI store upgrade - My Stuff not shown

Having the same issue with a newly-replaced NAM N8, purchased from Amazon.

Ran all the updates (including the Ovi Store update), and "Loading" spinning wheel shows forever. Couldn't even load the Swype app detail page (just showed "Loading" with spinning wheel forever).

Ran a restore (*#7370) and didn't run any updates; still has the spinning wheel!

  5. I have the same effect, intermittently, and we have near enough the same device. My Win 7 does not do this.

I would if it is the way Win 10 manages Ram. Must try on some other Win 10 devices.

I've noticed the laptop has the same blue spinning Windows wheel in Chrome also. What exactly would this have to do with the way Windows 10 manages ram? I recall Chrome's loading was confined to Chrome itself, now it seems like it requesting some type of Windows task. Is this a Win 10 issue or Chrome?
