Windows 10: Windows local user blocked PC

I have a microsoft account, a license on it, I always logged into windows with it without any problems, I decided to create a new local profile on my computer, without a mail, just a local user. It was created, tried to switch to it, it switched, threw me to the lock screen. I entered the password I set for this user, but it said "The user profile service could not enter the system" translate from another language. But there is no way to change the profile either. I tried shift + reboot, turned on in safe mode, but it's the same thing, tried "system restore from a checkpoint", it asked to en

Use a Local user Account to login to Windows 10 PC

Windows 10 Add New Local User Fails with "Something went wrong" message

Steps:

  From the desktop press Windows flag key + R

• Is your Printer connected to a Local network or Domain network?
• Do you get any error message?

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the same issue occurs here as well.

• Select add someone else on this PC.
• Enter a user name and hit next.
