Windows 10: Windows locking up on start up

This ones a bit of a head scratcher. A couple days ago I got a BSOD with a "page error in nonpaged file" type error and on restart, Windows is now locking up a few seconds onto the loading wheel.I have tried reseating bot RAM modules in all slots, reseating my CPU, and checked all connections. I even tried to restore windows with a bootable drive and got the same issue. It doesn't look like its a hardware issue to me at this point, but im not sure what else to try. I got into the "Windows needs to be repaired" screen once but all the key options just made the screen flash and go right back. It

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

To better assist you with your concern about photos from an app showing on your lock screen, we suggest that you check your lock screen settings with the steps below:

• Click Start, then select Settings.
• Select Personalization.
• Go to Lock Screen.
• Under Background, check whether Windows Spotlight,
  Pictures, or Slideshow is selected.

If Slideshow is selected, try changing it to either of the two other options.
