Windows 10: windows locks my D: drive on reboot

Ever since I reinstalled windows 11 on my C: drve, Bitlocker locks my D: dive my backup drive every time I reboot. This occurs even though I have installed the latest build of windows 11.I would be grateful for any help on this, Thanks

D drive
