    Windows Log files filing up C: Drive every 2 hours.


    Hi All,


    My C:\Windows\Temp is filing up with around 60GB of Logs every 2 hours. Is there a way to see what Application is creating all these logs? They all seem to be related to Application_A31326C7.

    Saves log files ?

    You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

    Download CCcleaner from here...........

    CCleaner Professional | Try the world’s most trusted PC cleaner, free!

    You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.

    How to properly log files

    Hello

    The other night, I started the program, got online for 2 hours, when done, clicked on log to file and saved it, but it only saved 5 seconds worth of data. Then, I ran the next night, clicked log to file before getting online, but could not save the file, I unchecked the box and rechecked it and again 5 seconds of data

    What is the proper way to log activity?

    Windows Log files filing up C: Drive every 2 hours.

    Stored files in Hard Drive

    You can use Windows search. Just search for *.* on a desired drive. When list is done just arrange them by size LOL.

    You can do it via command line as well and make an output text file showing files and their sizes (but without arrangement)
