Windows 10: Windows Login Accounts

I work for a small company and we don't have any sort of work network. My laptop was bought brand new on my first day at work. When I was first setting it up, I ended up creating the account under my personal Microsoft account while I waited for my work account to get created. I added my work account, but it still shows that windows is under my personal account. This is causing an issue when I'm saving documents as the documents are saved under my work account, but when I go to search for the documents, it's only searching under my personal account and I can't find the documents I saved.How do

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

  If its Microsoft account are you able to login using the web interface?
  

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.

Random account appeared on login to my computer

I suggest you to try the below steps to remove the user account from your computer.

  Login to your computer through administrator account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account, you want to remove.
  
• 
  Click on the Remove button.
