Windows 10: Windows login ID

I was recently locked out of my computer. My login ID looked like an email address. This was just an ID not an active email account. I have tried several times to reset the password and PIN but security would not let me. I filled out the form and was assigned a case number. I am yet to receive any follow up from tech support. I contacted tech support via email several times and still waiting. I had to create another profile on the same computer. I need help in changing my windows logon name and reset my password to access my files. How do I change my windows Log in ID when I am locked out of my computer and have provided all evidence to Microsoft that I am whom I say I am?

Can't choose Youtube ID login

Hi!

On my Nokia Lumia with Windows Phone 7.8 I'm having problems with choosing a different ID when I login. I'd rather use my second one, but I cannot because the list is not scrollable. Is this a problem with youtube mobile site, or my old version of Windows
Phone?

Here is a screenshot, you can see the first ID and its cut off radio button suggesting I should be able to scroll a list there:

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Subsystem ID mismatch

Run atiwinflash from the DOS prompt in Windows. Follow the steps listed in the HD6950 mod article for DOS flashing.
