Windows 10: Windows login screen blinking & stuck

Hi, I run an anivirus software some minutes ago and then it told me to restart my computer and now I cant login. I cannot go into safemode or bios. Ctrl+Alt+del does not work at all. I cant post a video because the site doesnt let me but basically this image popped up first on the screen and then it started blinking black.

My screen already cracked a bit.

One day when i open the laptop the screen keep blinking and stuck at login.

Did my screen have problem and i have to replace or did
the other place problem ?

As said in the title, my windows 10 is stuck at the login screen

Couldn't Hold shift and Restart because for some reason i don't have the shutdown button

It's nearly impossible to interact with the login screen, mouse moves but things don't get highlighted and no matter what you write it hever shows up.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

 

Blinking login screen - Windows 10

Hello team,

I am having an issue that just came up recently regarding a constant blinking login screen. The computer will load to the login screen and begin to blink constantly until it finally stops and I am able to login. The blinking can last anywhere from 10 seconds
to 1 minute before it stops. I have uninstalled my graphics card driver and reinstalled...and that did not work. This is very annoying and I am looking for some assistance, thank you.
