Windows 10: Windows login white screen issue

Hi All,i am using windows 11 home single Language with my Asus Tuf F17 laptop. from last 2 weeks i am facing an issue at time of login into my windows. Whenever i entered my windows password and press enter my laptop screen stuck into white box window where only loading sign shows and post 1-2 min it redirect me to my desktop.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Mail issue, login and also white screen issue?

Hi. I wanted to get some input on these issues a fiend of mine is having. I was going to do the usual, scan for malware first, but I wanted to see what all of you had to say first. This is what they told me their issues are...

"something happened to my Microsoft live mail...I downloaded a doc w/attachment from work, and we use outlook....now I can’t open the email it tells me an incompatible application detected. I Googled the problem and seems a lot of people have had this problem with the incompatibility w/outlook and this Microsoft live that’s o windows 7. it’s telling me to delete the application and then download it again from Microsoft"

"having the problem with live mail, can't access it. now i'm having problems with the windows,,,, I can get on facebook....I try and go into my bank account, and the first screen comes up, I enter my data and then the screen goes white and nothing........it only does this with some sites...other sites I can access...I can access facebook and amazon and some other sites I shop from, but when I go to access both bank accounts, the first screen comes up, then when I enter my bank info, the screen goes white....and nothing"

Windows 10 Login issues

I suggest you to provide some information to help you better.

• Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
• Did you try with only safe mode or safe mode with networking?
• What is the critical error you are getting?

If you are using Windows 10. To go to safe mode you have to follow the below steps.

If you are able to go to login screen in normal mode try the below steps to go to safe mode with networking and check if the issue persists.

• 
  At the login screen click on the power symbol.
  
• 
  Hold SHIFT + Click Restart.
  
• 
  After restarting your system, select the Troubleshoot option.
  
• 
  Select advanced options under
  Troubleshoot screen.
  
• 
  Click on Startup Settings.
  
• 
  Click Restart and follow the onscreen steps to go to
  Safe Mode with networking and check if you are able to login.
  
• 
  If it logs in Create a new user account and link the Microsoft account and check if the issue persists.
