Windows 10: Windows Loop

Okay so i was playing a game and restarted my computer then i got the black screen of death and couldnt do anything to fix this so then i went to rest my user after it went black now i cant open it normaly without green screen of death and repair send me back Too black screen I need help

anyone know what happend

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
