Windows 10: Windows Magnifer - Why does Read From here feature keeps announcing "EA Work Window"

Hello! I'm stumped and confused and could use some help and assistance. The issue I'm having is when launching Windows Magnifier and selecting either the Read From Here button or using CTRL + ALT + Left Click - Magnifier announces `EA Work Window.` This is the name of my desktop, and I'm clicking on items within a browser or different applications. I've tried multiple different browsers, including Edge, Firefox, and Chrome. I've also tried many different apps, such as Windows Settings or Word. Magnification

I can't get the magnification on my computer reduced from 200%. I have tried going to "settings," "ease of use" and turning off the magnification option, but the magnification option is still at 200%. Any other suggestions?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
