Windows 10: Windows Mail Advanced Mail settings DOES NOT exist???

Discus and support Windows Mail Advanced Mail settings DOES NOT exist??? in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Microsoft Support keeps telling people to go to Advanced Mail settings under Sync Settings but the Advanced Mail settings DO NOT exist under Sync...     Windows Mail Advanced Mail settings DOES NOT exist???


    Microsoft Support keeps telling people to go to Advanced Mail settings under Sync Settings but the Advanced Mail settings DO NOT exist under Sync Settings. And NO my email is not currently syncing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled windows mail, but mail still does not have the Advanced Mail settings., why??? I have searched the forums and People keep telling MS support that the Advanced Sync Option is not there but MS support keeps telling them to go to Advanced Sync Options. From the below screenshot, please tell me where the advanced sync options are that MS keeps telling people to go to???

    Is it possible to set up more than one email account when using Windows Mail? I hate Thunderbird because I could never get more than one email account set up and be able to send mail from both accounts. The outgoing servers kept on getting mixed up.

    Yes, Windows mail (on Vista) is almost identical to Windows Live Mail (which I use here at work on XP), and have multiple accounts set up.

    Windows Live Mail has one of the best out-of-the-box spam detectors I have ever seen in an e-mail client, and of course, it's free.

    The one thing I like about WLM over Windows Mail on Vista, is that WLM does not use popup box verification when you delete the entire junk mailbox (it does, however, on the deleted mailbox). If I hit the delete key for a whole mailbox, I mean it. Honestly, you don't have to ask me if I am sure about what I am doing.

    it works with a Hotmail.com account, but it is totally useless with my outlook.es account

    It does not show the advanced settings...
