Discus and support Windows mail BCC field in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Why when after sending email using windows mail the names I put in the BCC field seem to disappear from the original email....     Bcc bug in Windows 10 mail

    In Windows 10 home mail, I recently sent an email with a list of addresses in bcc field. I pasted the list from an excel spreadsheet.

    The bcc addresses were visible to several recipients. This is a major problem. Is this a known error?

    Hi Robbyn,

    To isolate the issue, please provide the following information:

    • What error message do you see when you try to send a message using the BCC field?
    • Does it only happen when the BCC field is populated with the recipients' email addresses? Or, does it happen even when both the To and BCC fields are populated?
    • Are you sending from an imported account on Outlook.com? An imported account is a third party email address that you added on Outlook.com (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, etc.).
    • Were there any changes on your computer or Outlook.com account settings prior to the issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

    Bcc bug in Windows 10 mail

    Windows version is 1809 OS Build 17763.805

    Mail and Calendar is 16005.12026.20218

    I have had updates since the problem occurred so I do not know if the above details were the same as when I sent the email with the Bcc error.

    The address in Bcc were visible to the To field address and some of the Bcc addresses but not all.
