  1. Windows Mail is taking up 11.1 GB and no email account is linked

    Hello,

My default mail app is taking up 11.1 GB of space on my computer and no emails are synced to it. I just removed my previous gmail account from it thinking it would automatically free up space but it didn't help.

After searching through google for a few hours, I've found other people have had the same issues I still haven't found any solutions that actually helped. I've used disc cleanup already as well and it didn't pick up on these files.

Help would be appreciated. I only have 100 GB of storage on my SSD.

    Windows Mail

Is it possible to set up more than one email account when using Windows Mail? I hate Thunderbird because I could never get more than one email account set up and be able to send mail from both accounts. The outgoing servers kept on getting mixed up.

    Thanks in advance.

  4. Windows Mail is taking up 11.1 GB and no email account is linked

How do I unlink linked emails in my mail?

    Hi RodErickson,

May I know what application are you using to access your emails? If you are using the built-in Mail app for Windows 10, you can follow these steps on how to unlink your linked emails:

    1. In the Mail app, click on the gear icon below.
    2. Under Settings, click on Manage Accounts.
    3. Click on the email account that you wish to unlink.
    4. Click on Delete account from this device.

Let us know if this answers your question.
