    Windows Mail - Version 16005.13228.41011.0 - forwarded emails cutting off message


    Recently when I try to forward a message, the original email isn't being included. It's cutting off after a certain length. And frustrating is that it isn't every email that it is doing this with. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

    Your account settings are out of date - Mail App Error

    I have been having this problem for weeks, ever since Microsoft did an update. I have followed all the trouble shooting steps mentioned. I have removed the mail app and reloaded. I get this error message sometimes 15 times a day on both my email accounts
    that I have linked. The mail app version 16005 13110 41006 0

    Forwarding a single email without the entire conversation thread in Windows Mail

    Tried various 'settings' options suggested in earlier community threads, but emails still forwarded with complete thread. Workaround that works for me:
    Settings (gear icon bottom left of Mail app) / Reading / Caret Browsing 'On'. This permits navigation of an entire email conversation. Text selection exactly as with a Word document.
    Select text > cut or delete unwanted sections of conversation, then forward trial email to self as normal. Check that mail does not include unwanted sections before forwarding as intended.

    Windows 10 Mail - Problem forwarding USPS Informed Delivery emails

    Within the last few weeks, when I try to forward a USPS Informed Delivery email I get the following message in Windows 10 mail "download in progress. if you reply message may be incomplete" I have used Windows 10 mail for a number of years and have been
    able to forward these emails. I can forward the email directly from my Gmail account online but cannot do so from my Windows 10 Gmail account on my PC. When I forward the email directly from my Gmail account, and the forwarded email synchs with my Windows
    10 mail account on my PC, the Gmail forwarded version can be forwarded. However the original email from USPS on my Windows 10 mail account still cannot be forwarded.

    I only have this problem with USPS Informed Delivery emails. I can forward all other emails that I receive in Windows 10 Mail.
