Windows 10: Windows Mail

Rebooted my WIN10 computer this afternoon and from that point Mail is not working correctly. Using a Gmail account. All messages in inbox and folders are no longer accessible (can see them in Gmail). I can send an email to myself, and it will show up in the Sent folder, but does not appear in the Inbox. I have reset the application, and that does not fix the problem. I tried to uninstall Mail, but I cannot click on the "uninstall" button, so that path does not seem to work. I'm on Version 16005.11231.20192.0.


Swapped between "Focused" and "Other" with no luck. "Download New Content" - as items arrive, "Download Email from" - anytime.


Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks!

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Mail app will not open on 10041.

I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused
Go figure!

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
