Windows 10: Windows makes problem with HDD

I am for some reason no longer able to copy any files into my external hard drive with my Laptop on Windows 7. But I know that it has nothing to do with the HDD itself, since I can use my iPad or my PS4 to copy files in it. Only my Laptop no longer allows me to write in the external hdd. It gives me the 0x80071AC3 error code on the Laptop when I try to copy a file into the drive. I tried literally EVERYTHING out to get this fixed. Nothing has worked.

So I would like to know if there is any program I can use to copy files into the external hdd. As I said the hdd is fine it works on the ipad when I plug it in but I need to get this work on my Laptop because I'm working with very huge files. Is there any software to get access to the hdd without the help of windows itself. I hope you guys understand what I mean by that. The software needs to be separately as if it's a new computer so I don't get that error when trying to copy files in it.

Seagate HDD Problem

There is a program called HDD-Regerator which do test the HDD in DOS mode.. you can make a bootdisk with the program: CD,DVD or USB-Stick.. the free version only lists bad-sectors if there are any.. you should test the drive outside of windows to make 100% sure it is no OS problem or something
