The new May 2020 update changed a lot about the desktop UI and my mother doesn't know how to get to her things anymore.

Her pinned programs on the bottom taskbar are gone, and they do not show up when programs are open. Does anyone know how to put programs on the taskbar again?

I also wonder if it is possible to remove the "invisible" buttons on the left and just have a normal start menu again too, but that might be asking too much Windows May 2020 Update messed up the UI on my mothers PC! :)

    Thanks!

Windows 10 UI is messed up

    CAN YOU HELP ME?

My entire windows 10 Install's UI is messed up.

Here is a list of problems i've had:

    1) the Start menu won't open

    2) If I right click on a taskbar item, no menu shows up (however, if i right click on the start menu or taskbar itself i get a menu)

    3) The windows store (and all store apps) do not open

It all started after I took ownership of the windows store apps folder and deleted skype and onedrive (because they wouldn't uninstall normally)

I'd like to have my entire TileUI stuff re-enabled, because quite frankly, this UI bug is getting really annoying, and is beginning to seriously cut into productivity

I really don't want to have to downgrade back to windows 7 and upgrade again JUST to get the start menu fixed. That, and I don't actually think that downgrading and upgrading again would fix the issue

WHY COULDN'T MS KEEP THE WINDOWS 7 UI SYSTEM?!?! IT WAS PERFECT!!
