Windows 10: Windows MDM Passcode Policy Device Password Expiration Not Working as Expected

Device Lock CSP The Above doc says the value for the CSP Node "DevicePasswordExpiration" can range anywhere between 0-730 I set the value as 90 for the CSP Node "./Device/Vendor/MSFT/Policy/Config/DeviceLock/DevicePasswordExpiration" and applied the policy in deviceIn the registry I can see that the value is set as 90 But the Device Password Expires in 42days not in 90days Looking further i found this doc which says that the EAS Engine will apply the strictest policy between local policy and EAS. Since DeviceLock uses EAS policy Engine and the default value for DevicePasswordExpiration is 42 i

MDM Group Policy removed?

Accessing Password Policy in Windows 10

I understand that you would like to set Password policy. We will assist you to resolve the issue.

To assist you better, I would like to know what happened when you try to change the policy. Did you get any error message?

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

You must log in as administrator to access these settings.

  Press Windows key + R and type secpol.msc
  and press enter.
  
• 
  The Local Security Policy window will open. Now from the left pane, choose
  Password Policy from under Account Policies.
  
• 
  On the right side, choose Maximum password age.
  
  
• 
  If you wish the password to never Expire, set the value to
  0.

Windows 10 account passcode constantly expires.

My account password is abnormally constantly requesting me to change my password because it has expired. I recently purchased a new Windows 10 computer and the problem only began to occur a couple of days ago. It's extremely buggy that every time I want
to log in to my computer, I get the dialogue, "Your Passcode has expired. Please sign in with your passcode and reset it." I have never had this problem before, and having to change my password every single time I want to use my computer is irritating and
unproductive. I even went on to command prompt and disabled the expiration of my passcode, but even THAT doesn't seem to work. Please help!!
