    Windows Media Player 12 keeps wanting to add my OneDrive location causing duplication


    I have recently uploaded a lot of my own music Ripped from CD's to Windows Media Player 12 on my desktop computer running Windows 10 Pro. I am experiencing problems because it wants to look at my local OneDrive location in addition to the Music library on my C: drive causing all music tracks to be duplicated in the listings.


    I go into Organise - Manage Libraries - Music - and remove the OneDrive location which sorts things out but when the computer is rebooted the OneDrive location returns to WMP.


    I do want my Music Library to be backed up to OneDrive so don't want to remove it from the OneDrive settings but I just don't want WMP to see it as a separate music location and cause the duplication of tracks.


    Any help appreciated.
