Windows 10: Windows Media Player issue

When using WMP 12 on Windows 10, i noticed it acting differently from when it was on Windows 7.
When you go into any bands albums section, where the have more than one album, lets say for this example, The Beatles.
We all know how big they're collection is, when you include re-releases, remasters etc...
Now, at the top where you have |Album|#|Title|Length|Rating|Contributing Artist|Compose| etc....
If you click "Organise" and choose "Sort By" and select "Release Date".
When you do that, it sets the order from top to bottom most recent to earliest release, so (forgetting re-releases etc) it would have "Let It Be" at the top, with "Please Please Me" at the bottom.
Now, on WMP on W7 if you clicked |Album|, it would reverse the order to earliest release (Please Please Me) at the top and latest release (Let It Be) at the bottom.
However, on WMP on W10, when you do that, it changes it to alphabetical album title, and then repeated clicking just reverses the album order by alphabetical Album Title back and forth.

How do I change the setting so it responds like it does on W7?

New Windows Media Player Plugin for Firefox

Anyone who uses Windows Vista and Mozilla Firefox may be pleased to hear that the Windows Media Player team has now released a plugin for Firefox that should allow the browser to play WMP content on websites. Here are the steps to get it working:

• Installation of the Windows Media Player Firefox Plugin may require administrative access to your PC. It is recommended that you close all other open browser windows before continuing with the installation.
• Click the Install button to automatically download and install the Windows Media Player Firefox Plugin.
• Depending on your security settings, you may see a Security Warning dialog box. Click Install to install the plugin.

There is a known issue if you are using Firefox version 2.0.0.3 on Windows Vista with the installer failing with error code -203. To work around this simply restart Firefox (you will get a notification that Windows Vista will be changing the Firefox compatibility settings) and then install again - the second time should succeed.

The download is available here, and the new plugin works on all versions of Windows XP and Windows Vista (although it is mostly intended for Vista, as that currently has no WMP support in Firefox).

Faulty Windows Media Player

Windows Mesdis Player developed a fault (Played jerky an missed bits) so I down loaded Media Player 10.

It's no better. Any suggestions (I run Windows 98)
