Windows 10: windows media player plus plug in crush

recently using windows media player plus plug in i have the windows media player crushing, sometimes even after disabling the plug in. I don't know if my plug in version is old or something. I also used windows troubleshooter but it didn't work.I have windows 11

Faulty Windows Media Player

Windows Mesdis Player developed a fault (Played jerky an missed bits) so I down loaded Media Player 10.

It's no better. Any suggestions (I run Windows 98)

I suggest you to run both Windows Media Player Library and Settings troubleshooter and check.
