Windows 10: Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool loading so slowly, the full page isn’t even loaded yet. How...

I started running the Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool on my laptop because I was getting errors about running out of RAM. I think I messed up the settings, I told it to do the extended test because I wanted to be thorough, but I think I also accidentally set the cache setting to Off. I’m not sure what that does or if it’s the cause, but the test “started” by going to a blank blue screen, and then loading the the test page INCREDIBLY slowly. It first loaded the white bar at the top bit by bit, like basically pixel by pixel, except it takes probably 15 seconds between each bit that it loads. It

Hi, have you done any research on this? A general search for
thumbnails load slowly

But there are so many factors: how large a file is each image: where are the files located: what is the speed of access to that location: what else is the PC doing at the same time..... (check your task manager).

Files loading slowly, Graphics slowest

Winver: 21H2 /19049 /1526 Working with Intel NUC i7-8809G 3.10ghz. 16GB memory. 2 1GB SSD. 1TB desktop drive. Radeon VegaM GH graphics. After the NUC started life as a champion performer, the system is slowing down. Large graphics can take as long as 10 seconds to load. Long text documents are also slower, but acceptable. Loading works in all cases, but very slowly compared to what I'm used to. What steps can I take or what resources can I use to diagnose the situation?

 

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
