Windows 10: Windows messed up dpi of a game, what happened?

Basically the game runs at 125% scalingas my desktop settings which messes it up and makes it blurry. I already found a solution through compatibility settings however I would like to find a global fix that wouldn't require me remembering to change the settings. Could going fullscreen using alt+enter mess it up? It's only one .exe file since the other one directx version runs absolutely fine and has perfect scaling as is. It suddenly happened yesterday and since the game didnt receive any updates im confused at what couldve went wrong. Any way to reset scaling settings for all apps or is h

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
