Windows 10: Windows microsoft store not working, and settings not working

My dell laptop will open microsoft store but it shows the error "try that again later" I tried reseting and reinstalling however a error pops up in powershell, some other problems i am facing is that my settings app instantly crashes when tried to open and alot features are in settings that i cannot access because of this. It also will not let me log into microsoft store, it says you can only log in with a work or school accountlist of things ive tried:resetting the appreinstalling the apprestart computerturn firewall offturn antivirus off

• Try to install the updates being shown.

microsoft windows store doesnt work properly

We suggest resetting your Windows store to help with your issue. To do that, please follow the steps below:

• Type Settings on Cortana search box then press Enter.

• On the Search this list box, type in Store.
