  1. Windows missing keyboard typed text. Dictate falling down repeatedly.

When typing in any app on my HP Envy laptop, every couple of words between 3 and 30 I'd say, Windows does not enter some of the letters I type.It can be just one letter which then is possible I didn't hit it properly, but is normally a string of 2 to 5 letters in a row, sometimes including space. At the same time missing typed letters started started, my Windows Dictate which I loved stopped working properly. Whether I use the Office 365 Outlook/Word or the Windows one actually I can't figure out the difference, after I initiate it it works perfectly for a few words 3 to 30 I'd say an

  2. Dictation and Text predictions behaving abnormally.

I am having odd problems regarding the new text suggestion and dictation features in windows ten. At first, I was unable to open the dictation tool bar or even see the text suggestion box when i was typing. I tweaked a few settings (exactly what i tweaked,
i forgot) but suddenly, both of these features started working. After restarting my computer following an update, these features stopped working altogether, like before. Is there something that i am missing here? I have double checked that all the settings
are on and that the language is set to English (US).

I suppose the problem could be with the software controlling the keyboard because i just noticed that my onscreen keyboard also does not launch using the system icon. Any suggestions of what i should do?
