Windows 10: Windows Mixed Reality Shows Latest Gen Intel CPU as Incompatible

This I believe is a rather huge issue that either no one has identified yet or isn't being discussed. Just received my HP Reverb G2 v.2 VR headset yesterday and upon attempting to install Windows Mixed Reality which is apparently required to get the headset working the app is telling me my i5-13600k is incompatible with the application. This is the case in both the latest version of Win 10 and Win 11. Funny enough, going to the official minimum requirements page there is a screenshot of an i5-9600k passing this same check. Likely reason for the error code is that the HDMI adapter you are using is incompatible with Windows Mixed Reality. Please see the supported and recommended HDMI to mini display port (DP)

dongle.

You can try changing the HDMI adaptor or if you think that the HDMI adaptor is compatible, then follow the steps mentioned in the article:
