If your trying to adjust the Colour Profile on your Windows Phone, you can go to
Settings > Extras > Color (For Windows Phone 8, go to
Settings > Display+touch >
Lumia colour profile).

If this feature is not the one you're looking for, we request that submit a feature suggestion on Windows Feedback Hub app for the devices that's running Windows 10 Mobile.

To submit a new feedback, you can follow the steps below:

• Go to
  All Apps, search for the Feedback
  Hub app.
• Open the menu icon at the top left
  side.
• Select
  Feedback, then at the top right side, tap the add button (+).
• Select
  Suggestion and fill up the box with the details needed.
• Select the right category for the suggestion and then submit.

windows mobile 6.1 won't connect with computer windows 7

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
